• Hydroponic crop failure.

• Equipment malfunction resulting in asphyxiation.

3. NO WARRANTY All systems, including Oxygen Generators and Water Recyclers, are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Administration does not guarantee 100% uptime of the Atmospheric Shielding.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall the Mars Administration be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including death) arising out of your use of colony facilities or the GovSphere Network.
