OFFICIAL COLONY MANDATE: SECTOR 7 EFFECTIVE DATE: SOL 450 STATUS: MANDATORY

1. ACCEPTANCE OF PROTOCOLS By accessing the GovSphere Network or stepping foot within the Ares Prime habitat, you (“The Colonist”) agree to be bound by these Protocols. Failure to comply effectively immediately revokes your Citizenship and may result in brig confinement or deportation to Earth.

2. ACCESS & SECURITY Access to the GovSphere Network is a privilege, not a right. The Mars Administration reserves the right to restrict access to Life Support controls, Flight Logs, and Command Channels. Any attempt to bypass encryption (hacking) is a Class A Felony.

3. COLONIST CODE OF CONDUCT While utilizing the Network or residing in Sector 7, Colonists agree NOT to:

• Transmit unauthorized signals to Earth or orbital stations.

• Sabotage agricultural or oxygen reclamation systems.

• Distribute contraband digital files or unauthorized morale-boosting media.

4. TERMINATION OF CITIZENSHIP The Administration may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Protocols.

5. GOVERNING LAW These Protocols shall be governed by the Martial Law of Ares Prime, without regard to Earth-based conflict of law provisions.
